Our Philosophy

We serve the entire Dallas Metroplex, providing a broad range of women's general medical care, from adolescence, pre-pregnancy, and full pregnancy care including postpartum care all the way to menopause and gynecologic surgery. Our primary office is conveniently located in the Margot Perot Center, which is part of the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas campus on Walnut Hill Lane just east of North Central Expressway.

We are committed to offering excellent medical care with sensitivity and compassion.

Our Services

Dr. Dullye and Dr. Fogwell are accepting patients for the
following services:

Obstetrics:

	pregnancy
	prenatal training classes
	high-risk obstetrics, including multiples
	sonograms by registered diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS) who is also certified in nuchal translucency measurement for early pregnancy
	cervical cerclage - vaginal (or abdominal with Davinci Robot)

Gynecology:

	well-woman care
	bone density for osteoporosis screening
	comprehensive patient education
	management of hormonal and menstrual problems
	adolescent care
	management of menopause
	contraception and sterilization
	contraceptive counseling
	diagnosis and management of the infertile couple
	care of pelvic, breast, and urinary problems
	gynecologic ultrasound (sonograms)

Minimally-invasive Gynecologic Surgery:

	Davinci Robot surgery - laparoscopic
	hysterectomy
	laparoscopy, including advanced video laparoscopy
	laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy
	laparoscopic tubal ligations for permanent contraception
	fibroid removal
	bladder suspension
	uterine suspension
	cervical cerclage - abdominal

	Novasure - endometrial ablation

8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; Dr. Dullye's office is closed on Thursdays.	9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday
